About me
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. As a legal trainee in the years 2012-2014 I cooperated with several Cracow’s law firms specializing in various areas of law, which allowed me to obtain comprehensive practical knowledge and experience. In 2015 I passed the bar exam and was admitted to the bar. In 2019 I completed PhD studies at the Jagiellonian University and obtained a degree of doctor of juridical sciences. My scientific articles have been published in some of the most respected Polish legal journals.
Services
I provide comprehensive legal assistance for natural persons, including entrepreneurs, as well as legal persons. I represent clients before courts and public administration bodies and give legal advice, in particular in the field of civil and family law, criminal law, administrative law, intellectual property law and labor law. My chief assets are: knowledge, responsibility, diligence and will to learn. I speak English fluently and successfully serve English-speaking clients.
Fees
Remuneration for my services is agreed on with each client individually. At the client’s request it can be calculated on the basis of hourly rate or divided into installments. The amount of remuneration is determined by several factors such as complexity of legal problem, estimated amount of time and work required, as well as current VAT rate (at the moment in Poland it is 23%).
